Was wondering where and when can i change my secondary class

Aye...

There is a girl there who gives you a quest to travel to 3 different sub-towns of the Crytal dersert where you can do quests to change profession.

This is after you have acended... bearing in mind I've been told you lose ALL your skill points if you change profession.

From the last update you now get the "starter skills" in the second profession, but all the points you put in there are otherwise lost, yes. Your primary is unaffected, of course.
